How to enable Fn Key for Sony Vaio Notebook

You need to download and install the following component first:

*restart after each installation

Vaio Event service 
Setting Utility Series 
Sony Shared Library 
Vaio Power Management 

After that to make sure the service is running everytime booting into windows.

Go to Run and type services.msc and click OK.
Look for the Vaio event service .Right click and set the Startup type to automatic .
